Teddy C. Dumitrescu is the CEO of Publicis Communications Services Bucharest Group, and also a Member of the Board and Co-Chair of PR&Communications Committee for Aspen Institute Romania. Founder of Focus Advertising, an agency affiliated to the international marketing and communication group Publicis since 1995, in 2010 Teddy C. Dumitrescu sold 51% of the shares in Publicis Romania, Focus Advertising and Publicis Events to Publicis Worldwide for 3 million euro, the best advertising deal in 2010 in the Romanian market.
