Bogdan Naumovici is one of the most, if not the most famous person in the Romanian advertising industry. He started his career in advertising in Client Service, at Lettera Advertising. He then went on to copywriting. He continued at Leo Burnett, and since 1999 he becomes Creative Director, and two years later a Partner in the agency. Inside the communication group, he starts the 23 Communication Idea company, positioned as the ideas shop that "creates unconventional communication solutions for business problems resolving".
